Also, fuck the 2nd DVD release where they turned the beautiful opening credits sequence into stills. Is there another release that rectifies this?

Here’s one last Nester comic to close out Nintendo Power, which is shipping its last issue this month. Artist Bill Mudron killed it here (the comic, not the actual magazine).
I love that Nester framed and hung his mentor’s bowtie in his Nintendo room. Make sure to go out and buy the last issue for more nostalgia from the publication’s 24-year run.
